Rental Guidelines
To make a reservation, a non-refundable booking fee
of $25.00 and a $200.00 deposit are required. The $200
deposit is applied toward the total rent due at check-in.
The above rates do not include taxes (8.5%) or a one
time house-keeping fee of $85.00.
